Penalties and Fines
Repeated violation of ANY rules and regulations, unclaimed/unused reservations, late return and/ or returns in poor/improper condition may result in sanctions as determined by CDM Staff and Faculty, including but not limited to:
1st Offense – Warning
2nd Offense – Warning
All subsequent Offenses – Immediate suspension from equipment access for the following four academic weeks for which the student is actively enrolled.
Missing or damaged items must be reported by email. The student will be billed via email for replacement or repairs (after a 7-day grace period to find and return missing item/s).
Costs (including shipping) are estimated at sole discretion of Management using our repair provider(s)
Installment-based repayment plan may be requested and will be determined by Management on case-by case basis, taking into consideration the total amount due and student’s expected graduation date
