Stage Reservation Guidelines
All student stage reservations require a Project Number issued by the Production Office (see "Greenlight").
View availability and request stage reservations on Patron Portal. NOTE: To reserve Stage 21A, send us an email at [email protected] with your Project Number, and indicate if you are requesting general use of the stage, green screen use, or LED volume in 2D or 3D configuration.
All reservations are subject to approval, please read the Stages FAQs before submitting your reservation request to avoid delays and cancellation of your project.
Allow extra time within your reservation to restore all spaces used, including stages, classrooms, hair & make-up rooms, kitchen, and other areas. Depending on your project, this could require additional wrap days or 30–60 minutes after shooting concludes.
