Stage Reservation Guidelines
  • All student stage reservations require a Project Number issued by the Production Office (see "Greenlight").

  • View availability and request stage reservations on Patron Portal. NOTE: To reserve Stage 21A, send us an email at cinespacestages@depaul.edu with your Project Number, and indicate if you are requesting general use of the stage, green screen use, or LED volume in 2D or 3D configuration.

  • All reservations are subject to approval, please read the Stages FAQs before submitting your reservation request to avoid delays and cancellation of your project.

  • Allow extra time within your reservation to restore all spaces used, including stages, classrooms, hair & make-up rooms, kitchen, and other areas. Depending on your project, this could require additional wrap days or 30–60 minutes after shooting concludes.
