<summary><strong>Stage Reservation Guidelines</strong></summary>

* All student stage reservations require a Project Number issued by the Production Office (see "[Greenlight](https://scaproduction.depaul.edu/starting-a-new-project#greenlighting-process)").
* View availability and request stage reservations on[ Patron Portal](https://cdmwebcheckout.cdm.depaul.edu/patron). NOTE: To reserve Stage 21A, send us an email at <cinespacestages@depaul.edu> with your Project Number, and indicate if you are requesting general use of the stage, green screen use, or LED volume in 2D or 3D configuration.
* All reservations are subject to approval, please read the Stages[ FAQs](https://scaproduction.depaul.edu/equipment-centers-and-stages/cinespace-stages/faqs-stages) before submitting your reservation request to avoid delays and cancellation of your project.
* Allow extra time within your reservation to restore all spaces used, including stages, classrooms, hair & make-up rooms, kitchen, and other areas. Depending on your project, this could require additional wrap days or 30–60 minutes after shooting concludes.

* Email the <CinespaceStages@depaul.edu> or cancel on [Patron Portal](https://cdmwebcheckout.cdm.depaul.edu/patron) reservations **at least one business day in advance**.
* No shows will incur a penalty.

* Treat all stages as professional sound stages.
* The reservation holder must be present throughout the reservation.
* Please familiarize yourself with all policies before using the stages, you are responsible for ensuring all cast and crew follow these policies.
